Your Role in the Pack
We are looking for a Website and Client Strategy Manager to join Wolf Web Designs. This is a casual, project-based role for someone with genuine experience in digital strategy, user flow, client guidance, and website planning. You will help shape website structure, messaging direction, page flow, SEO fundamentals, and the overall strategy behind each project. You will also play an important role in guiding clients through the process and ensuring every website or strategy we deliver has purpose, clarity, and strong outcomes.
💼 Role Type
Casual position with an initial three-month probation period to assess performance, suitability, and overall fit within the team. As client work increases, the role will progress to part time and potentially a long term position.
📍 Location
Applicants must be based in Perth, Western Australia. We work locally and collaborate remotely - so while most work is done from home, you’ll need to be Perth-based for communication and project coordination.
🕒 Hours
Casual, flexible, and project-based, depending on client demand. Some weeks will be busier than others, so good organisation and time management are essential.
📅 Availability
Immediate start. You will need to be available to accept projects as they arise and complete them within agreed timelines. Scheduling can be discussed based on your availability.
💰 Pay
Hourly rate based on experience.
🎓 Ideal Candidates
This role is suited for people with strong experience in digital strategy, UX planning, website strategy, or results-focused digital work. You will be responsible for guiding structure, user flow, messaging direction, and client communication, so this is not an entry level position. We are looking for someone who understands the purpose behind strong websites and who can communicate ideas clearly and confidently to both clients and the creative team.
📆 Contract Duration
Initial three-month trial period with the opportunity for a long-term role as Wolf Web Designs continues to grow.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept

📝 Prepare Strategic Briefs and Reviews
Turn client conversations into clear briefs for the design team. Review drafts before they are presented to clients to ensure consistency, clarity, and strategic alignment.
📱 Support Social and Content Direction
Work with our social media manager to ensure content direction, messaging, and themes align with website goals and overall brand strategy. You will not create content, but you will guide the high level direction.
