Your Role in the Pack
💼 Role Type
Casual position with an initial three-month probation period to assess performance, suitability, and overall fit within the team.
Opportunity to continue longer-term if it’s a great mutual fit and your performance stands out.
📍 Location
Applicants must be based in Perth, Western Australia.
This role includes weekly in-person filming (once per week).
All other tasks can be completed remotely from home.
🕒 Hours & Structure
This role is split into two parts:
1) Wolf Web Designs (Guaranteed Base Hours)
8 paid hours per week dedicated to managing Wolf Web Designs’ own social media accounts.
2) Client Accounts (Additional Paid Hours)
Additional paid hours allocated for managing client social media accounts, depending on active campaigns and workload.
Client work forms part of Wolf Web Designs’ social media management services and may include:
Organic posting and scheduling
Community engagement
Paid social advertising campaigns
Ongoing optimisation and reporting
Important: Client hours are rostered in addition to the 8 base hours and will increase as client demand grows.
📅 Availability
You’ll need to be available for:
1 in-person session per week (filming + in-person tasks)
2 additional weekdays for remote workSpecific days can be discussed to suit your schedule and our filming requirements.

Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept
Wolf Web Designs Social Media (8 Hours Per Week – Core Focus)
You will manage and grow Wolf Web Designs’ own presence across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including:
Content & Posting
Create and publish consistent, high-quality organic content
Build content series that perform well and develop familiarity with our audience
Maintain a strong brand voice that’s confident, fun, and results-driven
🎭 Content Creation (Skit + Trend Style)
Create engaging and humorous skits around:
Web design life
Small business life
Modern technology strugglesTake inspiration from brands like Ryanair and Duolingo, while keeping it aligned to Wolf Web Designs
🎬 Video Production
Film, edit, and deliver short-form video content for:
TikTok
Instagram Reels
Facebook Reels (where relevant)
Use strong hooks, captions, pacing, and trend formats to maximise watch time and engagement
📢 Local Facebook Group Posting (Every Monday)
Post in local Perth-based Facebook groups every Monday to promote Wolf Web Designs and drive awareness
Engage professionally in comments where appropriate to build trust and visibility
💬 Community Engagement
Monitor and respond to:
Comments
DMs/messages
Replies and interactions
Actively build community by:
Engaging with followers
Starting conversations
Encouraging shares, saves, and enquiries
📊 Analytics & Optimisation
Track weekly performance metrics such as:
Views, watch time, retention
Follows and engagement rate
Enquiries/leads driven from social
Use insights to refine strategy and double down on what works
🚀 Growth Initiatives (Monthly)
Bring new ideas and initiatives each month to grow Wolf Web Designs, such as:
New content pillars/series
Local partnerships and community ideas
Print or offline marketing concepts (flyers, community boards, local activations)
New digital strategies (lead magnets, UGC, collaborations, referral prompts)
Propose, test, measure, and improve — with a focus on results and momentum
📣 Client Social Media Management (Additional Paid Hours)
You will also handle client social accounts as part of Wolf Web Designs’ service offering. Responsibilities may include:
Organic Social
Create content plans aligned to client goals (brand awareness, bookings, leads, etc.)
Create, schedule, and post content across TikTok/Instagram/Facebook as needed
Manage client brand voice and maintain content quality
💬 Engagement & Reputation
Respond to comments and messages (where included in the client’s package)
Maintain a professional, brand-safe presence on behalf of clients
📢 Paid Social Advertising (Meta + TikTok)
Set up, manage, and optimise paid campaigns for clients across:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
TikTok Ads
Support or manage:
Targeting and audience building
Creative testing and iteration
Budget management and optimisation
Reporting and performance tracking
🤝 Collaboration & Workflow
Work with internal processes, templates, and approvals
Communicate clearly and stay organised across multiple accounts

🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including a solid grasp of current trends
Proven ability to film and edit short-form content using tools such as:
CapCut
Adobe Premiere (or similar)
Understanding of what makes content perform:
Hooks, pacing, captions, storytelling, retentionBasic analytics capability:

Comfortable interpreting what’s working and why
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage deadlines
