Your Role in the Pack
💼 Role Type
Casual position with an initial three-month probation period to assess performance, suitability, and overall fit within the team.
📍 Location
Applicants must be based in Perth, Western Australia, as in-person filming takes place once per week. All other tasks can be completed remotely.
🕒 Hours
Casual, 10 hours per week. This includes:
2 hours in-person filming (covering both Wolf Web Designs and WolfByte Tech)
8 hours remote work, spread across two other weekdays, for editing, posting, engaging in community groups, and responding to comments/messages.
📅 Availability
You’ll need to be available one day per week in person (for filming), and for remote work across two additional weekdays. Specific days can be discussed based on your schedule.

📆 Contract Duration
The position begins with a three-month trial, with the opportunity to continue longer-term if it’s a great mutual fit and your performance shines.

📱 Social Media Management
Manage and grow Wolf Web Designs’ presence across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
🎭 Content Creation
Create engaging and humorous skits focused on web design, small business life, and the struggles of modern-day technology, inspired by brands like Ryanair and Duolingo.
🎬 Video Production
Film, edit, and schedule videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels, keeping content fresh and aligned with current trends.
📢 Local Facebook Group Posting
Post in local Perth-based Facebook groups every Monday to promote Wolf Web Designs’ services and drive awareness.
💬 Community Engagement
Monitor engagement, reply to comments and messages, and interact with followers to build a strong online community.
📈 Lead Generation
Use social media content and interaction to attract qualified leads, helping grow the business and generate revenue.
📊 Analytics & Strategy
Track performance and regularly review analytics to refine your content strategy and maximise results.
🎥 Team Collaboration
Join in for a weekly 2-hour in-person filming block to capture content for both Wolf Web Designs and WolfByte Tech.
Do You Have What It Takes?
🛠️ Required Skills & Experience
Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including a good grasp of current social media trends
Experience in video creation and editing using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar
Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Instagram Insights and TikTok Analytics to evaluate content performance
A creative mindset with the ability to come up with engaging, outside-the-box content ideas
🎓 Highly Desirable
Ideally, you're studying or have completed a qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field — such as a Bachelor’s degree, TAFE diploma, or equivalent.
