Refund & Return Policy

Wolf Web Designs website templates are digital goods.

 

Due to the nature of digital products, change-of-mind refunds, exchanges or cancellations are not provided once access instructions or the template transfer has been delivered.

However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) still apply.

You may be entitled to a refund if:

• you do not receive the product

• the product is significantly different from its description

• a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved

​

Refunds will not be provided for:

• change of mind

• accidental purchase

• lack of technical knowledge

• inability to use Wix

• not reading the product description

• requiring additional features not advertised
